DisplayLink for Windows laptops
If your Windows laptop does not display an image on the classroom screens at Metropolia, the problem will most likely be solved by installing DisplayLink.
Download and Installation
1. Download the installer by selecting Download on this page.
2. Open the file you downloaded.
3. Click Install during the installation.
4. Click Finish.
5. If there is still no image on the screen, restart your computer.

- Restart your computer and the device where the issue is occurring. Try the function again.
- If the function you are attempting is happening in a web browser, try the function again in an incognito or private window and in a different browser.
