Tuudo isn't working, what should I do?

Tuudo's user support
To log in to Tuudo, use your Metropolia credentials, but please note that Tuudo is not provided or maintained by Metropolia. Metropolia does not offer user support for Tuudo. If you need user support, contact info@tuudo.fi.
Schedule entries are missing from Tuudo, what should I do?
- Check if the schedule entries are visible in OMA calendar.
- If they are visible, contact Tuudo's technical support directly at info@tuudo.fi.
If they are not visible, the issue may be with Metropolia's systems. Submit a service request to the helpdesk following good practices.
How do I log in to Tuudo?
- If you haven't activated your user account yet, follow the instructions in How do i activate my user account?
- Download the Tuudo app from your phone's app store (available for Android and iPhone).
- Open the app.
Search and select Metropolia from the starting menu.
Choose Login with Metropolia account.
Log in with your short Metropolia username (just the short username, not the email address) and password.
My student card is not working, what should I do?

- Restart your computer and the device where the issue is occurring. Try the function again.
- If the function you are attempting is happening in a web browser, try the function again in an incognito or private window and in a different browser.
- Try searching for a solution on the site of the IT Services by using the following search methods:
- navigation menu of the site (on the left)
- search machine of the wiki (right upper corner)
- a general search engine, for instance Google Search
- alphabetical index
- FAQ
If the problem is not resolved, please contact the helpdesk according to best practices. Always include a full screen screenshot of the issue in your service request.
