User Support (Helpdesk)
Helpdesk helps
User support to assist and promote Metropolia users learning, teaching and support.
To get help with IT problems, do some of following
- visit the service point during opening hours
- make the service request, contact logs into the system and the debate between the customer and the helpdesk will succeed anywhere and anytime
- in acute distress call the service number of the operating hours.
