Get your queue ticket from Helpdesk room ETYA0155 at 09.00 o'clock on sale day (thursday 30.11.2017)!

The first 50 arrivals will get a queue number. The number is personal and it entitles you to one computer package
and one other product. With this number, you don't have to stand in line for hours - you can leave and return to your place when the sale starts. 

There will be two separate queues: a queue for those who have the queue number and a main queue without the queue number.
If you intend to buy more products, you should use the main queue instead.
Customers with the queue number will be processed first. If you are not present when it's your turn, you will have to go at the end of the line.

Please follow the instructions when you arrive.

General information:

• This is the website for all the information regarding Metropolia computer sales. Please see this website for updates.
• Computers or any other devices are sold only during sales.
• Sales are arranged 1-2 -4 times a year.
• Sale locations and items for sale can be found below.
• Sale is open first for Students and Staff only and second/third day will be open for everyone, unless otherwise specified.
• Only ONE product from each category per customer! On the last day (23rd) for the last two hours, there be more flexibility on this rule.
• First come first serve. Inventory is sold as it is and we can't guarantee availability of products!

What is included:

PC packages

• Monitors include a power cable and a DisplayPort, VGA or DVI cable, as long as we have spare cables.
• Computers include a keyboard, mouse and a power cable. No operating system included! Although computers might have unactivated Windows license (sticker), we cannot guarantee that it is unactivated, as long as we have them in stock.
• There is NO operation system installed. Some computers might have digital license for Windows 10 Home or older.
• To install Windows, follow the instructions in this guide. (Suomeksi)
  

PC Units

• Includes only PC unit. If there are enough power cables, they might be included.

Monitors

• Monitors include a power cable and a DisplayPort, VGA or DVI cable, as long as we have spare cables.

Devices have been tested and will be sold in a working condition.

The buyer is responsible for transporting the computer by him/herself.

Payments:

• All purchased items must be paid by cash (VAT 0%) CASH or Debit/Credit card. Card recommended. Please take an exact amount of cash with you, as change cannot be guaranteed at the sales event.
• Prices are not negotiable.
• No reservations.
• Discounts are valid only on the sale day.
   

Parking:

• The parking area on Vanha Maantie side is for students between hours 07-21 and without parking permit.
• The parking area behind the gate is meant for teachers and can be used only with parking permit.
• Illegally parked cars and motorcycles will be issued a 40 € ticket.

• Very limited amount of free parking places are available on the roadsides of the nearby streets.
• Paid parking available close to campus at Liikunta areena.
• Multiple public transportation methods available next to the campus so car is not necessarily needed. Just bring your IKEA bag or cardboard box with you to carry computer package.

Warranty:

• Devices are sold as is, and have no warranty. All customers devices have possibility to test their devices at selling location. In been tested prior to sales. For example, Hard drives are in that condition as they are, with or without some bad sectors. In case the computer you purchased would have any BIG problems, please contact your local Helpdesk within 7 days of purchase and we will try to help you.
