How to Activate User ID


  1. A user ID has to be activated before it can be used.
  2. Primarily, activation is done using a net banking user ID or a mobile certificate. If you do not have them, activation can be done with an activation password.

When you activate your user ID, you personally accept the rules of the account usage policy and you set a password.
