Activating a User Account
- A new user account must be activated before use. Activation is primarily done with online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.
- If strong authentication is not available, activation is done using an activation password provided on paper.
- Students can pick up the activation paper from student services. A photo ID must be presented.
- Staff can inquire about activation instructions from human resources.
During activation, the account is initialized, terms of use are accepted personally, and a password is set.
