The maintenance break will cause interruptions on the following IT services:
- Email and Skype for Business
- Billing, HR and Facilities department systems
- Teaching and project www-services such as users, vhost, projects-servers
- Common www-services such as Tuubi, Peppi, Moodle, ezproxy
- IP phones
- Securedesktop and desktop.metropolia.fi virtual desktops
Maintenance breaks in the graduation systems do not include Winha, nor secondary education's Primus and Wilma systems.
Breaks in graduation and signing systems will only last a few minutes, starting at 6 pm.
Helpdesk telephone service is closed Mon. 16.5.

Starting on Tuesday 10/5 at 4pm and ending on Wednesday 11/5 at 12pm, there will be a maintenance break on Metropolia data systems
The maintenance might cause small issues in the startup of PCs on Wednesday morning. If your PC does not startup normally, and the screen is stuck showing white text in black background, press the ESC button to move the startup procedure forward.
Should the above solution fails to fix the problem, make a service request at Helpdesk.
