Zoom accounts at Metropolia

Metropolia staff and students do not have Zoom accounts created in advance. An account is created automatically when the user logs in to Zoom for the first time using their Metropolia credentials.
Please note that before this first login, the person cannot be invited to meetings or webinars as a participant.


Sign in to Zoom using the Sign in with SSO button

  1. Launch Zoom.

  2. Click the Sign in button.

  3. Click Sign in with SSO.

  4. Enter metropolia in the Your company domain field (.zoom.us) and click Continue.

  5. Log in using your Metropolia username (the username does not include the @ symbol or the metropolia.fi suffix, and it is not your email address).
