Are you able to log in to the Office portal (portal.office.com)?
If not, ensure that you have accepted the cloud service terms and that sufficient time has passed since acceptance.
Do the programs appear in the Office tiles?
If not, the licenses may not yet be activated. Wait a couple of hours, and also clear your browser cache. If it still doesn’t work, contact support.
If OneDrive does not work when launched from the OneDrive tile in Office,
contact support.
