Tietohallinnon asiakastyytyväisyys lisääntynyt
Tyytyväisyys parantunut kaikilla alueilla
Tietohallinnon asiakastyytyväisyys on parantunut entisestään. Keväällä pidetyn kyselyn alustavien tulosten mukaan käyttäjien tyytyväisyys on kahden viime vuoden aikana noussut niin käyttäjätuen, tietojärjestelmien kuin järjestelmien ylläpidon osalta.
Käyttäjätuen asiakastyytyväisyyden keskiarvo (arvosteluasteikko 5-1) koheni 0,2 yksikköä, järjestelmien ylläpidon (verkon toiminta ja kotihakemistot) 0,1 yksikköä ja tietojärjestelmien 0,6 yksikköä.
Mobiililaitteet tekevät tuloaan
Kyselyssä tiedusteltiin ensimmäisen kerran näkemyksiä myös viime vuosina yleistyneistä uusista tietoteknisistä sovelluksista kuten mobiililaitepalvelut ja yhteisöllinen media.
Metropolian opiskelijoista lähes 60 prosentilla on käytössään älypuhelin. Tablettitietokoneen omistaa noin joka seitsemäs. Älypuhelimista käytetyin merkki on Applen iPhone ja tablettitietokoneista Applen iPad. Metropolian suosituimmaksi mobiililaitepalveluksi äänestettiin Lukkarit.
Yli puolet käyttää Facebookia opiskeluun liittyvissä toiminnoissa
Opiskelijat ja henkilökunta suhtautuvat enimmäkseen myönteisesti siihen, että Metropolian ulkopuolisten tahojen tarjoamia yhteisöllisen median palveluja hyödynnetään opiskelun tukena, mikäli palvelut tarjotaan myös niille, jotka eivät halua ulkopuolisten sovellusten käyttäjiksi rekisteröityä. Lähes 75 prosenttia vastaajista piti sosiaalisen median käyttöä hyvänä ideana tai hyvänä ideana varauksin.
Opiskelijoista lähes 60 prosenttia hyödyntää tämän hetken suosituinta yhteisöpalvelua Facebookia opiskeluun liittyvissä toiminnoissa. Google Drivea ja muita pilvitallennuspalveluja käyttää hieman alle puolet vastaajista.
Tarkempia tuloksia elokuussa
Tietohallinnon asiakastyytyväisyyskyselyyn vastasi huhti-toukokuussa 892 henkilöä, joista 691 oli opiskelijoita ja 201 henkilökuntaa. Osallistuneiden kesken arvottiin Nokian Lumia-puhelimia ja muita palkintoja.
Tarkemmat tulokset julkaistaan tällä palstalla elokuussa 2013.
