MS Outlook 2011 Mac basic settings
To setup Outlook, choose Preferences… from the Outlook menu.
The most important settings can be found in the Preferences panel.
In the Calendar settings, choose the days of the week that constitute your work week and choose the times when your work day start and ends.
Make sure that the first day of the work week is Monday.
In the Contacts settings, choose the right presentation mode for addresses and phone numbers.
