Forgot your password?
- You can receive a new password only by visiting personally a Helpdesk service point or the Student Affairs Office. In other words, you can pick up a sheet of paper containing your new password at any Metropolia location during regular office hours.
- The password sheet can also be sent in an envelope to the janitor of your department. Make a service request in which you state clearly at which Metropolia location you would like to pick up the password sheet.
- Please be ready to provide an official document as evidence of your identity.
- If necessary, in some cases, we can send a password by post as registered letter.
We cannot send passwords by e-mail or SMS!
