Pop & Jazz Konservatorio and Helsingin Konservatorio

  1. The employee and the supervisor sign the contract.
  2. The supervisor provides the Metropolia IT support with the necessary information about a new employee.
  3. The contact person transmits the needed information to Metropolia Helpdesk.
  4. Metropolia IT Services informs to contact person when the account slip is ready to be printed.
  5. The contact person prints out the new user account, checks users identity, and gives the account slip to the user.
  6. The user activates the account.

The activation password is valid for 45 days, after that you have to get a new activation password. Instructions for getting a new activation password are the same as in the case of forgotten password.

 Your contact person is usually the person from whom you received your account slip at Metropolia.

  1. Contact person transmits the needed information to Metropolia Helpdesk.
    • first name, last name, social security number, function where account is need for, validity
    • In addition, users who act in Metropolia departments title, main department and Metropolia internal phone number.
  2. Metropolia Helpdesk sends the account slip to contact person.
  3. Contact person checks user's identity, and gives the account slip to user.
  4. User activates the account following the instructions on the account slip.

User account is locked

If your user account is locked, contact your contact person.

Forgotten passwords

You can get a new password only by visiting personally a Helpdesk service point or your contact person.

Please, be ready to provide an official document as proof of identity.

We cannot send passwords by e-mail or SMS!
