Members of the Metropolia staff can create user accounts for guests such as lecturersguest lecturers and other visitors. Logging in to Metropolia computers is possible with a guest's account.
Beginning on January 3 also the members of Also partner organizations’ staff can create guests’ guest's accounts.
The aim is to simplify the creation of user accounts in cases where the user is not a member of the Metropolia staff, a student at Metropolia or a long standing partner. The maximum validity period of a guest's account is one week at the longest. In all other cases user accounts are requested as before, i.e. by giving the required information to Helpdesk.
