  1. Search for workspaces in the Workspaces section of OMA and pay attention to the search filters (status, membership).

  2. Once you have found the workspace, join it by clicking the "Join Workspace" button on the right side.


  3. Now the workspace will appear in your own workspaces.

If you cannot find the workspace:

  • The workspace may be defined as a closed workspace where administrators need to add users. If the workspace you are looking for is of this type, please contact the responsible teacher, instructional designer, or administrator to ensure that you have been added as a user.

  • If it is a course workspace, make sure you have registered for the course and that the teacher has approved your enrollment.

    • NOTE: In the case of course workspaces, the teacher should not manually add a student to the workspace alone, as the student may likely disappear from the workspace at some point. Members are automatically added to course workspaces.
