Pop&Jazz Conservatory and Helsinki Conservatory

  1. The employee and the supervisor sign the contract.
  2. The supervisor provides the Metropolia IT support with the necessary information about a new employee.
  3. The contact person transmits the needed information to Metropolia Helpdesk.
  4. Metropolia IT Services informs to contact person when the account slip is ready to be printed.
  5. The contact person prints out the new user account, checks users identity, and gives the account slip to the user.
  6. The user activates the account.

The activation password is valid for 45 days, after that you have to get a new activation password. Instructions for getting a new activation password are the same as in the case of forgotten password.

Forgotten passwords

Staff at Helsinki Conservatory of Music and Helsinki Pop & Jazz Conservatory can request a new password slip from their contact person.

It is prohibited to send user IDs, password slips and passwords as e-mail or text messages.
