If, however, you are working for Metropolia without an employment contract, for example, during breaks between contract periods, please contact your supervisor. They can submit a service request to the Helpdesk and request a so-called partner role for you. In the service request, they need to provide all the information listed on the Partner Organisations and Outsoursed Services' Staff page, even if your personal information is already known to Metropolia.
Everyone can request an additional two weeks of extension from the Helpdesk through a service request when their account is being locked. This allows time to store any necessary information before the account is deactivated.
