Tuubi is a portal where Metropolia provides information for students and staff. From Tuubi you can access your work spaces and links to information and Metropolia systems.

Printing, copying and scannig
Students can print, copy and scan using Toshiba multifunction printers, printing and copying are fee based, but scanning is free. Students can print black & white for free at the printing points, but they must bring their own printer papers.
Multifunction printers use PaperCut System, which make possible to use the copy card.
You can get a copy card from the library and you must activate your card by associating it with your Metropolia user ID. Adding value with top-up cards or online payment is possible.
PaperCut Web Print is an alternative way of printing your PDF documents outside of the school and pick up documents from a multifunction printer, just like a regular print job.

Student unions in Finnish universities of applied sciences have had official legal status since 2005. METKA represents the students in Metropolia.
METKA organises various free time activities, from sports classes to massive student parties. METKA also runs a student tutor program at Metropolia. Student well being is our main concern--we can provide help in problem situations.

Order transcripts of records, educational certificates and other electronic certificates. Documents will be mailed the next business day to the address of your order free of charge.
Student services have six offices located on different campuses. Student services are designed to help students with everyday study-related matters such as study right, enrolment and student financial aid. In addition, student affairs offices provide students with study certificates, transcript of records and discount ticket applications for public transportation.

Student Administration System (Winha)

Metropolia uses a Student Administration System called WinhaPro. The interface for the students is called WinhaWille. Students must register at before the beginning of each academic year as either present or absent. Register for classes in Winha. In Winhawille Winha you can also update your address and contact information, enrol to implementation, enrol to an exam, see your personal study plan ISP and grades in classes.
check you study credits and grades. New students are automatically registered as present for the first academic year. However, it is good to check in Winha anyway!
