Please note that this tab is not used in all HEI's. It also does not yet have a connection to the field Organization in the description tab of the curriculum.

This tab allows you to define the responsible units of the curriculum as well as its educational fields. If the HEI uses the Education module, the default information is inherited from there. This information may also be edited for each study unit separately.

 

 

  1. Open the tab Responsible units and educational fields.

  2. Define the time frame for the information:

    1. If you wish to add another time frame, click on Add another time frame. The system opens a new window for defining the time frame.
    2. If you wish to edit already existing information, click on the Edit button.

  3. Pick the desired dates from the calendar and add information for organization and educational field.

    • Click on the drop-down boxes to open the list of units or educational fields.

    • If you wish to add multiple units or educational fields, click + Add row button.

    • Define how the curriculum is divided between units.

      • The system does not allow dividing the curriculum to any other percentual sum than 100 %.

      • If you tick the box Divide evenly, the system divides the curriculum evenly between the selected units.

  4. After having entered the information, click Save.
