Printing problems - FAQ
Multifunction printer does not print
Check that there is no errors on the device screen and no error LED is active.
If there is no obvious reason for the misprint try to restart the device.
In case that the restart does not help, please contact campus reception about the issue. Otherwise please report the case to helpdesk.
Multifunction printer is out of toner
Campus reception maintain the toners and papers for the multifunction printer. Please contact your local campus reception. Please inform the location of the device and toner that is out.
Multifunction printer has a paper jam
Multifunction devices have clearly pictured guides on the screen on how to resolve the paper jam or such.
Follow to the guides that the devices gives.
In case that you can not resolve the issue, please contact campus reception and inform them of the device and its location.
How to change the default printer
Press Start and open Devices and Printers from Windows Start menu.
Select the printer that you want to set as default and right click it. Select Set as default printer. You're done.
