This is how you can read the rules and instructions for using cloud services in Metropolia. In this context, cloud services mean an application, system or storage location located outside Metropolia's network, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Onedrive, Google Drive or Google Docs.

If you have not yet accepted Metropolia's cloud conditions and did not activate your Metropolia ID

1. Go to the Activation and password change page and follow the instructions there to log in to https://salasana.metropolia.fi using Suomi.fi authentication.
2. A successful login redirects you to a page where you accept the terms and conditions of use of the systems used by Metropolia. You can read the terms of use of cloud services by selecting 'Terms of use of cloud services'.
3. After the terms and conditions of use have been accepted, the application will ask for a new password.

If you have already accepted Metropolia's cloud terms and activated your Metropolia ID

1. Log in to Amme with your Metropolia ID.
2. Select Cloud Services Terms of Use.

What if you have already accepted Metropolia's cloud terms before 31 December 2022?

They do not need to be accepted again.
