If your device is turned off or won't turn on, refer to step 5.
1. Go to the home screen and find the "Settings" app.
2. In the Settings app, select "General."
3. In the General menu, choose "About.""
4. Your serial number will appear under "Serial Number."
| When you press and hold the Serial Number section for about 2-3 seconds, a "Copy" pop-up menu will appear. You can now copy the device's serial number to the clipboard and send it, for example, via email. |
5. If the device is turned off or won't start, the serial number can be found on the back of the device.
