• If you need Vihta for use in your own unit, please fill out the procurement form at https://hankintalomake.metropolia.fi. First, select "Software and Systems," then choose "Request additional licenses for an existing system."
• After submitting the form, you will receive further instructions from the IT department regarding the next steps.
• If your unit already uses Vihta, contact your unit’s Vihta administrator. The administrator can request additional licenses for the managed tenant by submitting a procurement request as instructed above.

Action in Case of Issues

In case of issues, please first contact your unit’s Vihta administrator. They will also provide you with a username and further instructions for using Vihta.
