Helpdesk Service points and opening hours

Helpdesk Service points can be found in all Metropolia locations. If you need personal service, please visit a Service point. Check location specific opening hours in the chart below. At other times, please make a service request or in urgent matters contact the Helpdesk Call Center.

At a Service Point you can:

• Reset your password, if you've forgotten it or if you don´t have netbank user id. Remember to activate your account.
• Show where and how the problem occurred and how it affects you.
• Get small-scale support and guidance in the use of systems. In-depth training in the use of applications and systems is given by designated staff members.

Service points are not for:

• making service requests. New requests should be made online at http://hd.metropolia.fi.
