Helsinki Conservatory and Pop & Jazz Conservatory staff members must set manually the following server settings.

1. Click on the cog wheel icon in Skype's top right corner.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Click on Options.
   
   
   
4. Click on Personal.
5. Click on the Advanced button.
   
   
   
6. Enter the following information:

• Internal server name: metropoliafepool.pk.amk.root
• External server name: sip.metropolia.fi:443

7. Click on OK.
