For some Mac Office Outlook users Outlook may suggest a wrong e-mail address when replying to a received e-mail. The name of the reply's sender in the From field may appear as e.g. Education.

There is an easy fix to the problem.

Surprising enough, the fix has be made in the Word application. That's the only way to make the fix work.

Here is how to do it:

1. Open Word.
2. To be able to make the necessary changes, you must open in Word an old Word document or create a new blank Word document.
3. When the document is open select Preferences... from the Word menu:

4. In the Word Preferences window, click User Information in the Personal Settings row.

5. Edit your user information and, most importantly, your e-mail address. When you are done, click on OK and close Word.

6. Open Outlook.

Select an e-mail message and try replying to it. Make sure that your sender information in the From field is shown correctly.
