Responsibility for the Laptop
By borrowing a laptop from Metropolia, I agree to take responsibility for the laptop and all of its components (hardware and software) during the loan period. In case of any damage to the laptop or its software, I will financially compensate Metropolia for the damages. Usage Location
The laptop is intended for use only on Metropolia’s premises and may not be taken off campus. I will borrow the laptop only with a valid Metropolia account. Supervision
I will not leave the laptop or its components unattended within Metropolia’s premises. Settings and Storage
I will not alter the laptop’s settings or configuration, nor will I save any personal files on the laptop’s hard drive. Return
When the loan period ends, I will return the laptop to the kiosk. I am responsible for the laptop until it has been returned. If I return the laptop late, my borrowing privileges may be suspended. Responsibility for Files
I understand that Metropolia is not responsible for any file damage or loss that may occur while using their laptop. By pressing “Accept,” I confirm that I have read and understood these terms. |
