Hangouts Meet on yrityskäyttöön tarkoitettu pikaviesti- ja videopuhelusovellus, jonka Google-yhtiö toi markkinoille alkuvuodesta 2017. Se on samankaltainen tuote kuin Hangouts, joka on suunnattu yleiseen käyttöön.
Sovelluksen ominaisuuksiin kuuluvat tekstiviestit ja videokonferenssit. Videosessioita voi pitää 2-10 osallistujan kesken. Kuvia pystyy jakamaan osallistujien kera istunnon kestäessä. Sessiot voi myös tallentaa arkistoon.
Hangoutsiin pääsee käsiksi verkko-osoitteen lisäksi yhteisöpalvelu Google+:sta ja sähköpostiohjelma Gmailista sekä Android- ja iOS-mobiilisovelluksen kautta
Monien Googlen tuotteiden tapaan on Hangouts käynyt läpi vaiheikkaan historian. Sen edeltäjiä olivat muun muassa sellaiset pikaviestipalvelut kuin Google Talk ja Google+ Messenger. Vuonna 2014 Hangoutsiin siirrettiin useita ominaisuuksia Googlen Voice-puhelinpalvelusta. Ensimmäisen toimintavuotensa aikana Hangouts oli kiinteä osa yhtiön Google+-yhteisöpalvelua, mutta loppuvuodesta 2014 pikaviestipalvelu irrotettiin itsenäiseksi Googlen sovellukseksi.

Hangouts Meet is an instant messaging and video call application which Google brought to the business market in early 2017. It's related to Google Hangouts which is more for the general public.
The application features text messages and video calls. A video call can be held between 2 to 10 participants. Pictures can be shared between participants during the session. The sessions can also be archived.
Hangouts can be accessed not only via the web address but also in the social networking site Google+ and from Gmail, the email program, and using Android and iOS apps.
Like many other Google products also Hangouts has an eventful history. Among its predecessors were such instant messaging programs as Google Talk and Google+ Messenger. In 2014 many features of Google's Voice phone service were transported to Hangouts. During its first year of operation Hangouts was an integral part of Google+ social networking service but towards the end of 2014 the instant messaging program was made into a separate Google app.
