- Report the incident to the Helpdesk by calling their phone service at +358 9 7424 6777 (open weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM). If the phone service is unavailable, submit a service request at https://hd.metropolia.fi or send an email to helpdesk@metropolia.fi.

- Create a file containing the received message (refer to the instructions below).
- Submit a service request via email or using the form.

- Drag the received message from the Outlook desktop application to your desktop. The message will be saved as a file on your desktop.
- Open the service request at https://hd.metropolia.fi.
- Fill out the service request according to best practice.
- Attach the file you saved on your desktop to the service request.
- Send the service request.
- Open the phishing message in Outlook, but do not click on any links within it.
- From the ribbon, select "…" -> "Forward as Attachment" to forward the message as an attachment.
