The new e-mail system does not currently export automatically name changes to e-mail addresses. So please, make the service request in https://hd.metropolia.fi once you have done throughout the other measures.

First- or lastname changes should to do to Information about a change in your first or last name should be given to the personnel assistant of the degreeyour department, unit or function.First- or lastname will change to all Metropolia systems after information has done to the HR system by the personnel assistant
All Metropolia records will be modified to reflect a change in your first or last name after the personnel assistant has modified the HR records accordingly.
Nickname field will indicate the name, which is the first name part in your e-mail address: firstname.lastname@metropolia.fi
