With Skype for Business you can
- send and receive instant messages
- make and receive voice and video calls
- set up instant message, audio and video conferences with a group of people
- share your screen, PowerPoint presentation and other documents
In Skype for Business you can find all Metropolia users and you can also add your own contacts outside of Metropolia who use either Skype for Business or "home Skype" i.e. Skype for Desktop. In Microsoft Outlook calendar you can set up a Skype meeting, invite participants to it and have them join the meeting using Skype.
