Students with Metropolia laptops
Students are responsible for the servicing of their Metropolia laptops. Authorized service contact information and warranty duration are located on the underside of the device. If damage is caused by the student’s negligence, and the service will not cover the damage under warranty, the student will not be entitled to a new laptop or one of similar specifications from Metropolia.
If the laptop becomes unusable due to operating system or software problem, make a service request at hd.metropolia.fi. Helpdesk will contact you and arrange for the servicing of the laptop. The student is solely responsible for the backup of his/her files prior to delivery of the laptop to Helpdesk.
For any kind of laptop related problem, make a service request at hd.metropolia.fi and deliver the laptop to Helpdesk.
