Selling credit to another student
The user must take care of his or her balance at the end of studies. We recommend selling the remaining credit to e.g. other students.
Credit refund
Metropolia does not refund credit less than 10€. In case of bigger balance, credit can be refunded. A three euro handling fee will be deducted from the refunded credit.
To get credit refunded, please make a service request at hd.metropolia.fi. In the request, please indicate your banking details including the name of the bank account owner and the account number to which you want the remaining credit to be directly deposited.
